Students are moving into their dorms at campuses all over the country, and some of those dorm rooms are looking a little different these days.
Instead of putting up a few posters on the walls, some parents are hiring interior designers to transform their kids rooms into high end living spaces.

Some people spend hundreds of dollars on dorm room decorations, but how about thousands… even tens of thousands.
Take a look at the work of Shelley Gates, a former school teacher turned interior designer from Mississippi who has people talking with her impressive, but expensive dorm room transformations.
Gates charges up to $20,000 for her work.
This includes a full top to bottom room makeover, furnishing and materials, and white glove service with movers and installation before your student arrives on campus.
Her room transformations are getting a lot of attention, so much so that it’s even gaining some negative attention, forcing Gates to turn off the comments on her videos, blocking out the haters.
