EU punitive measures drive demand from Chinese carmakers, Taiwan tech, landlord CTP says

HAMBURG, Germany — The rental of factories and warehouses by Asian businesses, such as Chinese carmakers and Taiwanese technology firms, in Central and Eastern Europe jumped twofold over the past three years, the largest industrial developer in the region told Nikkei Asia in a recent interview.
