Sheryl Crow was accompanied by some special guests at a recent award ceremony.

On Wednesday, Aug. 19, the “Strong Enough” singer, 64, was joined by her sons Levi, 16, and Wyatt, 19, at the 19th Academy of Country Music Honors, where she presented Eric Church with the ACM Lifting Lives Award. As the mother-son trio posed on the carpet, Crow stood between her two boys with a bright smile on her face.

Her sons both wore khaki-colored pants with pink polo shirts, while Crow wore black leather pants and a spaghetti-strap shirt with a fringed front.

The “Soak Up the Sun” singer first became a mother when she adopted her son Wyatt as a newborn in 2007, followed by his little brother, Levi, in 2010. In November 2023, Levi and Wyatt were by her side on the night she was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

“There is nothing that can compare to the joy and love you’ve given my life and nothing I do means anything without you guys,” Sheryl said during her acceptance speech.

Back in February, the singer posted a carousel of pictures on her Instagram as she recounted her time meeting the Pope back in December. In one picture, Crow could be seen smiling next to Pope Leo XIV alongside her two boys. Crow’s sons wore suits and smiled in one snap, and then were seen shaking hands with the Pope in the next.

“My boys and I had the honor of meeting Pope Leo while I was performing at the Vatican Christmas Concert in December,” Crow wrote in her caption. “We continue to be inspired by his commitment to lifting up the poor and the immigrant as Jesus taught. We thanked him and his response was, ‘we must all work together.’ So true. 💙✝️.”

In March of 2024, Crow said her teenage kids find her “cringey” at times — but they’re also fans of her music.

“I actually played ‘Alarm Clock‘ for them because that’s the first song that came out on the record,” she said on Late Night with Seth Meyers. “It’s about how much I hate my alarm clock, and it literally was inspired by 13-year-old Levi, because we are not morning people. Across the board. Wyatt jumps out of bed. He’s like, ‘Days on, let’s go.’ “

“I also wrote a song called ‘Broken Record,’ and I played it for them and they were like, ‘Mom, you cannot put that on your record. No.’ Same with TikTok, ‘Mom, you can not be on TikTok. That is so cringey,’ ” Crow told Meyers.
