Applications are now open for 178 new Cost Rental homes at Rathborne Wharf, Ashtown, Dublin 15.
The homes are part of the first phase of a wider 725 home mixed tenure development. The development is conveniently close to Dublin City Centre, surrounding neighborhoods, local shops, services, and Phoenix Park.
Transit links are robust: Ashtown railway station connects directly to Maynooth and Dublin City Centre, while nearby Navan Road Parkway provides further rail options. The area is also well-serviced by Dublin Bus lines, including routes 120, 37, 38, 38A, 38B, 38D, 39A, and 40E.
