Huawei Pura X View has obtained a lot of attention in the market for its light and thin design, and unlike many foldable phones, it doesn’t bring bulkiness despite a similar format. One of the company’s officials has shed light on the new creation’s appearance.

Richard Yu, the Chairman of Huawei Consumer Business, said that the Pura X View has a super light and thin design. It is quite different from the heavy, bulky foldable.

Even though the company hasn’t revealed the materials used to craft the new handset, Yu stated that the Pura X View has an ultra-uniform four-sided bezel design.

The screen is surrounded by 1.05mm thin bezels compared to the bezels on regular smartphones. In other words, Pura X View shows almost invisible black borders.

Defining the Pura X View, Richard mentioned:

“Pura X View is irresistible, as the device is light and thin without the bulkiness of a foldable flagship. The wide-screen design includes a stunning new horizontal viewing experience, making it the best choice for users who still prefer the traditional candybar form factor over a foldable.”

The company has showcased certain features and details of the Pura X View at the Enjoy G9 SUV launch event. However, some specs are still under wraps. Perhaps these specifics may come to light by next month. Stay tuned.
