Leah Remini is joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast for its upcoming 16th season, The Hollywood Reporter has learned, making quite the star-studded addition to the Bravo reality series.
Remini joins former Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor as a new addition for season 16. After speculation that two new women would be added to the cast, Tutor confirmed suspicions last week.
“Well… the secret’s officially out. I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter,” she wrote on Instagram. “Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life. Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely. So what’s left to say but, Let’s fucking go.”
The two-time Emmy Award winner is no stranger to reality television, having competed on Dancing With the Stars and starred in her own TLC show Leah Remini: It’s All Relative. She shot to stardom on the CBS sitcom The King of Queens, and has since become an avid advocate against Scientology.
