Elon Musk said Starlink is deploying Grok Voice “at scale for support & sales,” after SpaceXAI disclosed that its AI voice system now handles more than 15,000 inbound support and sales calls daily and fulfills over 3,000 orders each week.
Grok Voice Handles Starlink Support At Scale
“At Starlink, we’re using Grok Voice to resolve over 15,000 inbound customer support and sales calls a day,” SpaceXAI said on Monday in a post amplified by Musk. “Grok diagnoses hardware issues, ships replacements, and fulfills over 3,000 orders a week across voice calls and chat.”

Musk responded, “Grok Voice is used by Starlink at scale for support & sales.”
The deployment builds on a rollout SpaceXAI detailed in April. When it introduced Grok Voice Think Fast 1.0, the company said Starlink’s phone agent converted 20% of sales inquiries and resolved 70% of support inquiries autonomously, with “no human in the loop.” The agent used 28 tools across hundreds of workflows and could troubleshoot hardware, issue replacements and grant service credits.

Think Fast Upgrades Boost Agent Performance
SpaceXAI upgraded the system in July with Grok Voice Think Fast 2.0, saying it improved intelligence, transcription and tool-use reliability. In A/B testing on Starlink’s customer-service line, the company reported “a significant increase in sales conversion rate and support containment rate.” The model became the default Grok Voice version Aug. 5.
Starlink Growth Expands SpaceX AI Opportunity
The deployment comes as Space Exploration Technologies Corp. rapidly expands both Starlink and AI. Starlink doubled its subscriber base to 12 million by the end of June, Reuters reported, while connectivity revenue jumped 66% in SpaceX’s first quarterly results as a public company. Musk later said Starlink had crossed 13 million consumer subscribers.
SpaceX’s AI unit, which includes Grok and X, generated $2.56 billion in second-quarter revenue, though heavy AI infrastructure spending weighed on results. The company has described AI as its largest long-term opportunity, estimating a $26.5 trillion addressable market.
SpaceXAI has also expanded Grok beyond voice support, recently launching Grok 4.5 for coding, research and business workflows.

Building Wealth Across More Than Just the Market
Building a resilient portfolio means thinking beyond a single asset or market trend. Economic cycles shift, sectors rise and fall, and no one investment performs well in every environment. That’s why many investors look to diversify with platforms that provide access to real estate, fixed-income opportunities, precious metals, and even self-directed retirement accounts. By spreading exposure across multiple asset classes, it becomes easier to manage risk, capture steady returns, and create long-term wealth that isn’t tied to the fortunes of just one company or industry.
Arrived
Backed by Jeff Bezos, Arrived Homes makes real estate investing accessible with a low barrier to entry. Investors can buy fractional shares of single-family rentals and vacation homes starting with as little as $100. This allows everyday investors to diversify into real estate, collect rental income, and build long-term wealth without needing to manage properties directly.
Frontieras
As electricity demand accelerates alongside AI and domestic energy production becomes a growing priority, Frontieras is developing patented technology that converts coal into fuels, chemicals, and low-emission energy products without combustion. Through its Regulation A offering, investors can gain exposure to an emerging energy infrastructure company focused on modernizing American industrial and power resources.
FarmTogether
Farmland has historically held its value through market volatility and delivered returns uncorrelated to stocks and bonds. For accredited investors, FarmTogether offers direct access to high-quality U.S. farmland starting at $15,000 — fully managed, with no landlord headaches.
