The Cois Currán scheme is expected to deliver new homes to Pallaskenry by mid-2027.
Construction is underway on a new 30-home housing development in Pallaskenry, County Limerick, following a financing deal secured through the homebuilding crowdfunding investment platform, Property Bridges.
The new scheme, named Cois Currán, is being delivered by the Newcastle West-based construction firm Roche Group.
Located along the N69 corridor west of Limerick city, the development consists of three-bedroom family homes priced between €400,000 and €425,000.
Construction is expected to reach completion by mid-2027, helping to address housing demand in the surrounding area.
Derick Walshe, financier for the Roche Group, said, “Cois Currán will bring much-needed new homes to Pallaskenry, and we’re delighted with the progress so far.”
“Funding through Property Bridges meant we could get moving quickly, without the delays that often come with seeking traditional bank finance, and that means these homes will get built sooner for local families.”
