The death has occurred of Leo Joseph Lonergan who passed away peacefully, on the 17th of February 2026 at Southmead Hospital, Bristol, UK.
Predeceased by his parents John and Mary Lonergan (Rinroe, Castleconnor, Co. Sligo), and his brothers Frank and Cyril, & sister-in-law Phyllis.
Deeply regretted by his nephews, Alan Lonergan (Corcoran Tce, Ballina) and John Lonergan (USA), niece-in-law Dodie, relatives, and friends.

Funeral will take place at St. Joseph’s Church, Castleconnor on Saturday morning, 12th of September for Requiem Mass at 10:00am followed by burial in Killanley Cemetery.
