Fraud squad gardaí last night arrested a suspect who had been allegedly hiding out in Cyprus as part of an investigation into driving licence fraud in Ireland.
The suspect was extradited here as part of Operation Cartwheel which is being conducted by the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) and is classified as an organised crime investigation.
