In the iPhone’s updated iOS 26 operating system, there’s a feature that lets you screen calls. The iPhone itself will answer the call and ask politely who is calling and what it’s about before putting the call on hold.
The answer is then relayed to you and you can decide whether to pick up or politely decline.
