Former L.A. Rams linebacker Mel Owens is officially on a quest to find his forever love.
The 66-year-old Michigan native was revealed as this season’s Golden Bachelor back in April, when ABC announced the retired NFL player-turned-lawyer would step into the spotlight among Bachelor Nation’s next group of senior women.
Owens was previously married for 25 years and has two kids. Now, he’s ready to give love another shot and is looking for “companionship,” as well as someone who’s “honest, charming, loving and fit,” per ABC.
Twenty-three women vie for his affection on season 2 of The Golden Bachelor, which premiered Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
