Irish airports could face serious disruption from a wave of escalating drone attacks and are defenceless against the threat, military experts fear.
The warning comes as unidentified drones closed five Danish airports last week, with prime minister Mette Frederiksen describing it as part of an attempt “to shake the foundations of Europe”.
