A Wexford woman who has maintained a seven stone weight loss for over seven years started a class in April 2023 to inspire others to do the same. In August 2025, her business surpassed a total of 1,000 stone in weight loss between members.
Darina Johnston is from Gorey and set up her weight loss company ‘Waist Watchers with Darina’ to help people ditch fad diets for good by changing habits and adapting a holistic approach to health.
