Urban One’s Radio One announced a series of leadership changes across several major markets, highlighting the company’s focus on talent development and operational excellence across its radio brands.

In Washington, D.C., A Plus has been named Operations Manager, overseeing WKYS, WMMJ, WPRS, WOL, and WYCB, after previously serving as Operations Manager in Cleveland. Matt Myers takes over as Operations Manager for Radio One Cleveland (WENZ, WZAK, WERE, WJMO), moving from Richmond, while Katt D (Erwin Hill) becomes Operations Manager for Radio One Richmond (WCDX, WKJS, WXGI, WPZZ) following his tenure as OM in Raleigh.

In Raleigh, Melissa Wade has been promoted to Program Director of WFXC and WNNL, and Big Mo joins the cluster as Program Director of WQOK.

Additional promotions include DJ Supreme rising to Program Director of WIZF in Cincinnati; DJ Nailz to Program Director of WCKX in Columbus; and APD Robyn Simone is elevated to Program Director of WXMG in Columbus, all moving up from Assistant Program Director roles.
