Big Brother viewers have reacted after Caroline Monk was offered immunity from eviction for two whole weeks following a secret bidding war.
In tonight’s episode, housemates were offered the chance to purchase an Immunity Pass at Big Brother’s EyeDeal Mini Mart, which would grant them “not one but two weeks immunity from eviction”.
The pass would be given to the housemate who made the highest secret bid by writing a number of eyeballs down and placing their bid in a ballot box.

As Caroline had the highest number of balls after last night’s episode, which saw three housemates go bankrupt, her bid of 28 balls was the winning amount and she will therefore be immune from eviction for the next two weeks.
Richard was left bankrupt during yesterday’s task when Caroline took all his balls away in the Twist of Fate room. Richard, Nancy and Sam were not allowed to enter the EyeDeal Mini Mart, meaning none of them were eligible to bid for immunity.
Asked how he felt about Caroline receiving immunity, Richard told Big Brother: “Well, if she wasn’t immune I was going to nominate her.”

He continued: “I have a strong suspicion that had she not put in that hefty bid, that she would’ve been up for eviction this week.
“Sometimes life isn’t fair and it would seem a little peculiar if she managed to outlast me in the game given how unkind she has been to me.”
Asked by Big Brother how her day had been, Caroline said: “Absolutely bloody brilliant. Best day ever in here. The highlight was going to the minimarket. You’ve turned me really evil.”

Fans took to X to share their thoughts, with many expressing their sadness at the divisive character’s new immunity status.
“‘If she wasn’t immune I would’ve nominated her’ g’warn richard,” wrote one fan, while another said: “Caroline being immune for TWO WEEKS??? roll on her eviction.”
Another penned: “Manifesting a challenge in the next two weeks where someone will be able to steal Caroline’s immunity.”
Another fan had this to say: “Ffs. 2 more weeks of #Caroline. Stop messing with the formula #BBUK and leave noms alone. She would’ve gone on Friday. Fact.”

One viewer said: “Love or hate her I need Caroline for the entertainment tbh.”
Elsewhere, tensions continued to rise between Nancy and Jenny after Nancy was caught out for talking in code with Sam.
Although Jenny confronted Nancy and Sam during yesterday’s episode, tonight’s episode saw the feud escalate, as Jenny announced that she wanted “nothing to do with them”.
Big Brother airs on ITV2 and ITVX from Sundays through Fridays, followed each night by Big Brother: Late & Live.
