Established in 1996 with the opening of the first private hospital in Al-Ahsa, Almoosa Health Group had a capacity of 730 beds and 309 clinics as of June 2025. In December 2024, the group went public on Saudi Exchange following its $450.1 million IPO. In August 2025, it opened its Al Aziziyah Medical Center in Al Khobar, including 38 specialized clinics. In July 2025, it opened its first medical center, Al Nakheel Center in Hofuf, offering specialized care through 36 outpatient clinics. In the first half of 2025, the group reported assets of $814.8 million and revenues of $179.2 million. Almoosa is also a board member of Health Holding Company, Planetree and Oryx Isotopes Industrial Company.
