Hadley joined NMC Healthcare group in 2023 as CEO. In February 2025, NMC entered into a legally binding agreement to sell its 65% stake in Fakih IVF to Blue Ocean Health Group, and in May 2025, divested its Oman business to Tawoos Group to strengthen core multispecialty operations. The transaction will fund four new facilities in 2025, including a pediatric center in Dubai Marina and a multi-specialty clinic in Palm Jumeirah, and expansion building works at NMC hospitals in Dubai Investment Park and Al Nahda. In September 2025, NMC Healthcare acquired Orthoplus Bone and Joint Center in Al Ain to expand its services across the U.A.E. Hadley also is a board member of Magrabi Health.
