Hundreds of Naples residents are experiencing a service outage affecting internet and cable provided by Xfinity.
One WINK News viewer reported being without service since around 2:30 p.m. A map indicates that between 500 and 200 people are affected.
According to the Xfinity Outage Map, the outage began on Wednesday afternoon and is currently under investigation due to network damage.
Xfinity estimates that service will be restored by 10:15 p.m.
