Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian-paced episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has confirmed that Tane Parata will be involved in a love triangle after a new character arrives in Summer Bay. Will he have an easy decision to make, or will romance prove to be a tricky path to navigate?

In scenes that have aired in Australian pace, Tane has explored a potential relationship with Jo Langham. Though not an official couple yet, the pair’s bond seems strong, with a full-fledged romance possibly being on the cards in the future.

A spanner will be thrown in the works this week, however, as Jo comes face-to-face with former flame Eddie Shepherd. He arrives in Summer Bay to meet with Remi Carter and Sonny Baldwin, harbouring an intention to join their record label.

Eddie subsequently bumps into Jo’s father David, and he promptly asks him how she is getting on. David informs him of the various developments, and invites him over in a bid to improve Jo and Lacey’s moods.

As they reminisce, Jo gets a call from Tane, who reminds her about their planned date in the evening. His excitement is quashed as Jo cancels at the last minute, leaving him ruminating on the possible reason.

His mood gets considerably worse as he spots Jo walking with Eddie along the beach, making him wonder if their romance is already over. Will he make a grand declaration, or will he fade into the background while Eddie is around?
