Having started their culinary journey making pizzas in lockdown to feed a family of seven, and launched a thriving seaside café in their adopted hometown, a foodie Wicklow couple have taken an exciting new step for their eatery enterprise by offering dockside delights from their trusty red horsebox.
Serving hand-stretched wood-fired pizza, delicious coffee and tasty treats, Dock at The Boatyard, next to the Arklow RNLI Lifeboat Station, is the latest venture for local couple Paul Sutton and Linda McCormick, who have been feeding the community since 2022.
