A Falcarragh driver has had their van seized and a court appearance scheduled after a range of offences were discovered by Gardaí today.

Gardaí from the Milford Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in Falcarragh area when they came across the van.

Subsequent checks revealed that the driver of the van had no driver’s licence, or CVRT test.

The van was also being driven without tax and without insurance.

Gardaí seized the van from the driver, who has been given a court appearance at a future date in relation to the range of offences on display.

“Always ensure that the paperwork for your vehicle and your documents are fully in order before you even consider taking to the roads,” Donegal Gardaí said following the incident.
