Tánaiste Simon Harris has urged the Mauritian authorities to “explore every single avenue available” as he called for a re-examination of the Michaela McAreavey murder case.
Ms McAreavey, a teacher and daughter of former Tyrone Gaelic football manager Mickey Harte, was found dead in her hotel room in January 2011, 12 days after marrying husband John. She was 27 at the time of her death.
