The eurozone’s industry returned to slow growth in September, reflecting moderate resilience at a time of trade uncertainty and despite a significant drag in the month from volatile Irish data.

Industrial production grew 0.2% on month, following a 1.1% decline in August, the European Union’s statistics agency Eurostat said Thursday. Economists polled by The Wall Street Journal expected a 0.9% increase.
