When Killorglin father Tony Foley read about the death of the nine-year-old Harvey Morrison Sherratt, who suffered from scoliosis and died last month after waiting years for surgery, he was heart-broken but also angry.

The Kerry man knows only too well the difficulties suffered by Harvey’s parents as they campaigned for their son to get the treatment he so badly needed.
