Kerry man Sean Binder who is to face trial in Greece next month on charges relating to humanitarian work.
For the past seven years Seán Binder has tried his best to get on with his life despite the threat of a trial looming over him following his arrest while carrying out humanitarian work in Greece.
But next month should bring finality when the Kerry man is one of 24 human rights defenders set to appear before the Mytilene Court of Appeals, on the island of Lesvos, to face trial on several charges.
