It’s an exciting start to a new chapter

A town in Galway has welcomed a brand new restaurant to its high street, with locals wishing the owners all the best with it.
Bia Blasta recently opened on the Dublin Road in Tuam, offering hungry locals a wide variety of meal options.
The opening hours have also been confirmed, which will be 4pm to 9pm every day. They offer sit-down meals in a cosy restaurant, including a wide range of starters.

Main courses include Curries, Steak, Pasta, Lamb Shank, Turkey & Ham, Chicken, Pizza, as well as a full dessert menu. A selection of wines is also available.
In a post on Facebook, the exciting news was shared: “New Restaurant opened Bia Blasta Dublin Road, Tuam. Open 4-9 this evening and other evenings the same. Sit down meals in our Cosy restaurant. Serving : Range of starters, Curries, Steak, Pasta, lamb Shank , Turkey& Ham, Chicken , Pizza menu & Desserts. Selection of Wines. No delivery. Ring & Collect on 0876667519. Hope to see your support.”
Locals were quick to wish the owner well.
One said: “Good luck with this will call in soon,” while a second added: “Best of luck.”
Meanwhile, Michael D Higgins and his wife Sabina have been seen enjoying local Galway cuisine.
The former President and First Lady were spotted out at their favourite Galway restaurant, Thai Garden Galway.
Posting on Instagram, the folks at Thai Garden Galway said: “We are delighted to welcome Michael and Sabina Higgins back to Galway and especially Thai Garden. It’s always an honour to have you with us. Welcome home, Gaillimh Abú.”
