This year, at the Guinness Storehouse, hundreds of thousands of visitors will view a commissioned artwork by Leah Hewson. Known for her dynamic paintings, Hewson says her public work – the installations and murals at Facebook, Kicky’s restaurant, the Storehouse, private commissions – is always separate from the paintings.

“It’s probably the opposite, because I create the painting not knowing where it’s going to go, what it’s going to be, whereas the computer-generated commissioned work has to be laid out,” she says.
