A Limerick casino owner is pursuing a Dublin tech company executive over an alleged €9.1m debt arising from a loan given to buy Las Vegas Super Bowl hospitality packages.
Seamus Morrissey, who owns the Fitzpatrick Casino Group, which has operations in Dublin and Limerick, instigated High Court debt recovery proceedings against Ruairi Kelleher in January that have resulted in him obtaining a judgment for €1.03m earlier this month.
