Samantha Markle is not at all impressed by her half-sister’s decision to reach out to their dad, Thomas Markle, after he underwent a leg amputation.

A spokesperson for Meghan told People magazine that the Duchess of Sussex “reached out” to her father after hearing of his health emergency. Shortly thereafter, Thomas told the Daily Mail that he hadn’t heard anything from his estranged daughter and he begged for her to reach out “before it’s too late.”

Then, Samatha took to X to accuse Meghan of reaching out for PR purposes.

“You’re also gullible. Believe it if he’s put on a private jet and put into one of the best hospitals in the United States for care. Until then don’t hold your breath. It’s likely a PR stunt because of public scrutiny,” Samantha wrote on December 5.

The next day, Samantha was back on X, this time with an AI video of Markle flying on a broomstick holding up a sign that read, “fake as ever.”

“Sources report seeing my sister in the area of the hospital Dad is in. Could she be living up to all of that paid PR?” Samantha captioned the post.

On December 7, Samantha shared a bit of an update on her dad.

“He will be okay,” she wrote on X. “Recovery time will do him good and the rest will sort itself out,” she continued, also sharing that Thomas had a blood clot after suffering a stroke.

The Duchess of Sussex has been estranged from her father since before the royal wedding. At the time, Meghan and Prince Harry found out that Thomas had lied about his relationship with the media, so they cut ties with him in an effort to keep their family safe.
