As we get older, there are some things we just don’t vibe with anymore. Going to a loud, noisy bar late on a weeknight may have sounded great in my early 20s, but now? Hard pass.Elliot from "Scrubs" in pajamas cozily sitting in bed in pajamas, reading a book titled "Brock Clarke" and holding a coffee cupWe recently asked the BuzzFeed Community to tell us what they’ve started to like less and less as they’ve aged, and whew, everyone did NOT hold back at allll. Here’s what people had to say:

Note: Some of these responses have been edited for length and/or clarity.

1. “International vacations. I’m so tired of all the planning, lack of sleep, and pretty much throwing money away. We have friends who still take two to three trips a year, and when I see their pictures now, I just feel sorry for them. I don’t know if they’re trying to fill an empty void with excessive trips and spending or if they genuinely enjoy it. I hope it’s the latter, but seeing all their photos just doesn’t seem appealing to me anymore. I think since Covid, I don’t feel that urge to travel so much. We still take one international trip a year, but I’m finally content with staying local or exploring other parts of the country.”Woman walking with luggage in an airport terminal, large windows show airplane taking off and cityscape in the background

3. “Being friends with coworkers. I’m not rude to any of them, and enjoy them while AT work. Once I leave the premises, I forget about them until my next day at work. I used to try to be best friends with my coworkers, share, try to create a rapport. Now that I’m older, I treat going to work like people do reality dating competitions: ‘I’m not here to make friends.'”Group of three people in a meeting, sitting at a table engaged in conversation and laughter

6. “Concerts at big venues. Why should I take out a loan to buy two tickets? If I want live music I’ll go to a nice bar with an up-and-coming band that has a $5 cover. These younger artists are still in love with their music and hungry enough to play their hearts out! Plus, it’s so much closer, and when I leave at 9 p.m., I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money!”Concert crowd cheering, hands raised, silhouetted against bright stage lights during live performance

8. “Christmas. I’ve always sucked at gift-giving in general. I was maybe late 20s when it started to dawn on me that giving gifts at Christmas was superficial and impersonal.
