The people of Charleville are growing increasingly frustrated and angry as a key local road continues to get targeted by fly-tippers dumping noxious rubbish there.
Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of rubbish bags containing waste along roadsides, fields or next to bins instead of proper disposal methods such as dumps, recycling centres and bins.
