A man charged with assault causing serious harm in connection with the death of a man following an altercation in the early hours of New Year’s Day has been granted bail.
Yevhen Shutko (46), with an address in Co Roscommon, appeared before Judge James Faughnan at Ballaghaderreen District Court this morning.
