Dancing with the Stars has revealed the songs and dances for Movie Week this Sunday as the remaining couples bid to stay in the competition.
After last Sunday night’s elimination of comedian Michael Fry and his professional dance partner Kylee Vincent, 11 couples remain on the dancefloor.
This Sunday night, The Traitors Ireland star Paudie Moloney will become Fred Flintstone as he dances a Charleston with professional dance partner Laura Nolan to the theme from The Flintstones.

Singer-songwriter Tolü Makay and her partner Maciej Zięba are dancing a Cha-cha-cha to Christina Aguilera and Missy Elliott’s version of Car Wash from the film Shark Tale.

Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins and her pro dancer Leonardo Lini will dance an American Smooth to Rachel Zegler’s version of Whistle While You Work from the recent live-action version of Snow White.

Movie Week will be especially meaningful for Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh, who dances a Foxtrot with partner Stephen Vincent to Destination Anywhere from The Commitments. The singer auditioned for a role in the film in the early 1990s, and while she missed out on appearing on screen, her lead vocal featured prominently on the soundtrack. This Sunday marks a full-circle moment as she dances to her own vocal from the movie.

Having long been told he resembles Clark Kent by his friends and family, rower Philip Doyle will don the famous red cape and spandex and dance a Paso Doble to the Superman theme with his very own Lois Lane, his pro dance partner Daniela Roze.

Fair City star Stephanie Kelly and her dance partner Ervinas Merfeldas will channel John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John as they become Grease’s Danny and Sandy for a Quickstep to You’re the One That I Want.

Nationwide presenter Anne Cassin and her pro dancer Robert Rowiński will don the legwarmers for a Cha-cha-cha to Irene Cara’s Fame from Fame.

The Apprentice UK star Jordan Dargan will be turning blue when he and dance partner Rebecca Scott dance Contemporary Ballroom to Pandora, the theme from Avatar.

Ireland AM presenter Eric Roberts will turn green for his Samba alongside his pro dancer Arianna Favaro to Cuban Pete from the Jim Carrey comedy The Mask.

Podcaster Amber Wilson and her partner Alex Vladimirov will be grabbing a wand and broomstick and hoping to fly high on the scoreboard when they become Glinda and Elphaba with a Contemporary Ballroom to Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo’s For Good from the recent sequel Wicked: For Good.

In celebration of the cultural phenomenon of 2025, the Dancing with the Stars professional dancers will perform a very special group dance to a mash-up of hits from KPop Demon Hunters: Golden, Soda Pop, and Takedown.
At the end of the show, the couple with the lowest combined total from the judges’ scores and public votes will be eliminated, and the remaining couples will progress to the Sunday, 25 January show.

The eliminated couple will be interviewed by Laura Fox on 2FM at 9:30am on Monday and by Oliver Callan on RTÉ Radio 1 just after 11am.
