TNG Digital and Ant International have launched EPOS360 in Malaysia, rolling out an all in one digital and payments platform to help SMEs adopt AI and modern payment tools.
EPOS360 is available as a mini programme within the TNG eWallet app, allowing merchants to manage payments, marketing and other business functions in one place.
Merchants will be able to reach more than 25 million TNG eWallet users nationwide through the platform
The platform includes AI powered tools such as a Copilot feature that can generate digital menus from photos or descriptions.
It also supports marketing campaign creation, voucher design and customer engagement across in app Near Me promotions, social media, Google Maps and offline touchpoints.
The companies said the AI features will be introduced progressively, with additional capabilities such as cash flow monitoring to be added over time.

Alongside the software platform, TNG Digital introduced EPOS360 BlueTap, a smart soundbox device for physical storefronts that supports tap to pay using TNG eWallet, which the companies said is a first in Malaysia.
The device also supports DuitNow QR and other major e-wallets, with card payments to be added later.
BlueTap features a 3.97 inch front screen for dynamic QR codes and a 1.9 inch rear display with keypad for merchants to enter amounts directly.
It provides audio confirmation for successful payments to reduce missed transactions during busy periods and integrates with the TNG eWallet ecosystem to offer point of sale features and transaction insights.
The retail price of the BlueTap device is RM299, although it is currently available at an introductory price of RM199 for a limited time.

EPOS360 has launched in Malaysia and is expected to be rolled out in Singapore next.
