The former Glanbia chairman Donard Gaynor and Business Post owner Enda O’Coineen are among those likely to see their investments in East Coast Bakehouse wiped out, after the Drogheda-based biscuit maker entered interim examinership this week.
Enterprise Ireland declined to say if it expects to lose more than €2m it put into the business. The state agency said it will work with the examiner to explore the long-term future of the firm.
