Residents at HC-One’s Mossdale Residence Care Home in Burnholme, York, are taking part in regular exercise classes as part of its “New Year, New Us” focus on health and wellbeing.
The classes, designed to support physical health and mobility, also aim to boost mood and encourage social interaction.
Julie Banks, home manager at Mossdale Residence Care Home, said: “We’re proud to support our residents to stay active and healthy, and the exercise classes are a great way to do this.
“The ‘New Year, New Us’ theme has really motivated everyone, and it’s wonderful to see residents enjoying themselves while looking after their wellbeing.”
