A TD who accused University Hospital Limerick (UHL) of a “cover-up” by requiring staff to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect a consultant is to ask the Government this week to revoke the agreements.
Independent Ireland TD Richard O’Donoghue said the move would allow staff to give their full accounts of events surrounding the death of 18-year-old Jessica Sheedy and help her family to finally understand what happened.
