Residents in Rathfarnham in south county Dublin awoke in the early hours of Tuesday to find their homes and cars flooded without any forewarning.
Ryan Corcoran, a resident of one apartment near Dodder Park Road, has lived here since 2022, but said this was the first time he experienced any flooding around his apartment.
