Treat
Vanilla vibes Did you know that vanilla is currently the top trending fragrance note on TikTok? The secret ingredient is delicious glazed Bourbon vanilla – sourced in Madagascar – which forms the heart of the fragrance.
Trick
Rework it This advice is particularly useful if you spent too much money over the summer. Never waste anything skin-related as everything can be repurposed. For example, if a serum or cream that you found at the back of the bathroom cupboard is something you didn’t like or didn’t work on your face, use it on your hands or feet instead. The skin on your body needs a lot of moisturising, so lash on a cream you already have for tougher skin.
Treatment
Face time After years of listening to his patients’ desires for fuller, fresher skin on the face, neck and decolletage, Dr Sach Mohan came up with the P4 Regenerative Facial combining PRF, polynucleotides, peptides and Profhilo at his Revere clinic in London. Dr Mohan is collaborating with The Spa at The Merrion Hotel (merrionhotel.com/the-spa) to do some pop-ups for Irish clients and, after trying it out, I can confirm that it’s truly innovative.
