Just days after ringing in the New Year 2024 Lisa Fleming and her husband Anthony travelled to CUH to received the devastating news that she had breast cancer.
The dark shadow had hung over them throughout the Christmas celebrations but they had still hoped that the news would be good. It wasn’t. Lisa had Triple Negative Breast Cancer. She was just 43 at the time.
