What began as a lockdown-born idea between two siblings, Niamh and Ruairi Dooley, has quickly fermented into a purpose-driven business with a constant growing footprint.

BiaSol, located in the heart of the country in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, began in 2020 with the idea of transforming byproducts of Ireland’s booming beer industry into something much more nourishing than waste.
