Although Elsa did not accompany her husband at his birthday celebration on a yacht with friends, she did share a sweet birthday tribute to him on social media.

The couple spent most of the summer apart while Elsa was in her native Spain for weeks, filming her new TV series Matices.
But earlier this month they reunited, as evidenced by Instagram photos the bombshell shared from a trip to Fiji.
