A vet has secured permission from the High Court to challenge the Department of Agriculture’s decision to suspend his authorisation to carry out Bovine Tuberculosis (TB) testing.
The High Court granted Dr William Henry Stirling Manson, a private veterinary practitioner, from Castlederg in Co Tyrone leave for Judicial Review after reviewing the sworn evidence and legal arguments presented by his side.
