Taylor Swift <\/strong>fans can barely contain their excitement over the megastar’s latest news.<\/p>\n

The songwriting legend, 35, is set to appear on Late Night with Seth Meyers on October 8.<\/p>\n

On September 29, the comedian revealed the thrilling news in a video<\/a> that featured a mint green mug with orange text that spelled out “Tay-kover.” The color scheme matched that of the “So High School” singer’s upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, which will be released on October 3.<\/p>\n

Seth Meyers<\/strong>, 51, donned one of Swift’s sparkly orange cardigans<\/a> as he sipped from the mug, before pausing to say, “Oh, hey! What’s up?”<\/p>\n

Audio from Swift’s hit 2017 song “…Ready For It?” from her sixth studio album, Reputation, played in the background.<\/p>\n

Four musical LEGO characters also appeared in the clip.<\/p>\n

Meyers captioned the post with an iconic lyric from the superstar’s 2021 sensation, “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” from Red (Taylor’s Version), writing, “Sipping coffee like you’re on a late night show.”<\/p>\n

Fans swarmed the comments with words of enthusiasm, with one saying, “I AM SO READY FOR IT.”<\/p>\n

“WOAHWOAHWOAHWOAH,” another thrilled fan wrote.<\/p>\n

“Everyone is turning into showgirls in 4 days! seth meyers too!” a third commented.<\/p>\n

“WE ARE SO BACK,” a fourth said.<\/p>\n

This is not the only late night talk show appearance Swift has scheduled as she promotes The Life of a Showgirl\u2014her twelfth studio album.<\/p>\n

The 14-time Grammy Award-winner is also set to appear on The Graham Norton Show\u00a0on October 3<\/a>, followed by The Tonight Show Starring\u00a0Jimmy Fallon on October 6<\/a>.<\/p>\n
