One thing you can\u2019t deny, and that\u2019s the fact that Ange Postecoglou brings you pure entertainment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Celtic, Postecoglou won the Treble<\/a> in his final season and helped lift the Hoops from the floor after Steven Gerrard\u2019s Rangers had won the Premiership title in 2020\/21. <\/p>\n

So, for that, Postecoglou<\/a> will always be fondly remembered by Celtic<\/a> fans, but since his exit in 2023, it has been a tricky road for him in the English Premier League. <\/p>\n

Yes, Postecoglou won the Europa League<\/a> with Tottenham last season, but he was sacked soon after because they had finished 17th in the Premier League, and now things aren\u2019t going to plan at his new club, Nottingham Forest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Chris Sutton<\/a> has continually backed Postecoglou in the English media, and he was sure to defend the former Celtic boss for the verbal pastings he is getting at Forest of late.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nuno Esp\u00edrito Santo was sacked by Forest for reasons outside of the pitch, because he had a falling out with owner Evangelos Marinakis.<\/p>\n

That seems to have conjured up a toxic atmosphere at the City Ground, with Postecoglou yet to win a game since being appointed last month, including losing at home in the Europa League last Thursday.<\/p>\n

When FC Midtjylland netted their third goal to kill off the match, there were chants of \u2018you are getting sacked in the morning\u2019 from the Forest fans.<\/p>\n

Chris Sutton shocked by Forest fans\u2019 actions towards Postecoglou <\/p>\n

Even though Postecoglou has managed seven matches, Sutton can\u2019t quite understand what he is hearing from the Forest supporters.<\/p>\n

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live, the former striker stated that he \u2018never heard\u2019 fans turn on a manager in such a way, so quickly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are talking about the (Nottingham Forest\u2019s) players\u2019 love for Nuno, the fans\u2019 love for Nuno,\u201d said Sutton.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut it was the owner\u2019s decision to part ways with Nuno, essentially. Ange has come in. The owner is clearly an ambitious guy. He wants the club to do well and is desperate to do well. He has put a lot of money into the club, in terms of transfers, but that\u2019s his call. <\/p>\n

\u201cI find this Nottingham Forest situation really bizarre. I can\u2019t remember, and I have been racking my brains. Thursday night, listening to the Forest fans. I have never heard anything like that in such a short space of time. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen that happens, and the fans are so against the manager early on. It doesn\u2019t bode well. It really doesn\u2019t bode well. I feel for Ange Postecoglou. Managers need time, as we all know.
