It is very much appreciated,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">The planning for the development of the entertainment centre, inclusive of two cinema screens, on upper William Street should help to revitalise the area. It currently has four significant derelict buildings, including Sluagh Hall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">The hall was purchased by Mr McElligott only nine months ago and he and his team created the detailed design for the centre, which will also have a children\u2019s arcade, games room, a food truck and offer \u2018trishaw\u2019 Greenway tours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">The next step is to attain the Fire Safety Certificate and building commencement notice for Sluagh Hall, which requires a detailed online submission that all the plans meet building regulations.
