The former Spice Girl, 52, and her former Red Bull boss husband, 51, were among a host of stars at the world premiere of her bandmate Victoria’s new Netflix<\/a> docuseries at The Curzon Mayfair on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Geri opted for her signature white uniform for the premiere, wearing a roll neck sweater with a cable knit cardigan and a lace sheer maxi skirt.<\/p>\n

Christian wore for a navy suit as he posed for snaps alongside wife Geri and his daughter Olivia, 11, who he shares with his late ex-wife\u00a0Beverley Allen.<\/p>\n

The family have had a difficult year, after Christian was cleared of allegations of inappropriate behaviour by two internal investigation and denies any misbehaviour and was sacked by Red Bull in summer. \u00a0<\/p>\n

And tragically, Beverley died just ten days before his Red Bull sacking after a long battle with cancer<\/a>, Daily Mail learned in July.<\/p>\n

Beverley Allen, 58, who was the mother of the fired F1 boss’s teenage daughter, passed away at her Cotswolds home last Monday, two years after first being diagnosed with eye cancer.<\/p>\n

Beverley had spent 14 years with Horner before he married Geri Halliwell<\/a> following their split – and as well as sharing a daughter, he had helped raise her two sons, remaining on friendly terms.<\/p>\n

Beverley and Christian were together throughout the early and mid 2000s – with her support crucial to his extraordinary F1 success.<\/p>\n

A friend of Beverley’s told Daily Mail: ‘Beverley was a lovely woman and it is so cruel what has happened to her.<\/p>\n

‘She found out she had eye cancer a couple of years ago and she was aware that it wasn’t going to be a very good prognosis but it is still a devastating shock.<\/p>\n

‘Beverley was loved by everyone who knew her. It’s just heartbreaking.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her death came just days before Christian was sacked by Red Bull 15 months after allegations of ‘inappropriate behaviour’ made last year by a female colleague at Red Bull Racing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Christian had denied the claims and was cleared of any wrongdoing by an independent KC appointed by Red Bull to investigate but the row did not go away.<\/p>\n

A source told the Daily Mail: ‘Christian will be very upset indeed by Beverley’s passing – he has lost an old friend and his daughter has lost her mother.’<\/p>\n

Beverley was initially heartbroken back in October 2014 when Christian, 51, walked out on her when their daughter was just six months old and began a romance with Geri.<\/p>\n

The pair made their relationship public and announced their engagement in November of the same year.\u00a0They later wed in May 2015 at St Mary’s Church in Woburn, Bedfordshire, however, Christian’s parents chose to not attend the ceremony as they were reportedly upset over his split from Beverley and his new relationship with Geri.<\/p>\n

The parents are said to have remained close to Beverley and their granddaughter despite the split from their son.<\/p>\n

A friend of Beverley’s added that ‘life had been cruel’ to her, especially as she had just become a mother to their much wanted daughter when Christian left her.<\/p>\n

‘She really didn’t have it easy, we are all devastated.’<\/p>\n

But Christian and Beverley, a former publican, were able to patch their relationship up and things between them had been ‘harmonious’ in recent years.<\/p>\n

Beverly, who was six years her former husband’s senior, had two sons from a previous relationship when they met – to whom Christian had been a stepfather figure.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile two days ago, the unnamed woman at the centre of the Christian<\/a>\u00a0scandal was paid \u00a33million to leave Red Bull, according to sources connected to the team.<\/p>\n

The employee, whose identity is protected by legal anonymity, has agreed to move on and drop her allegations in return for the fee.<\/p>\n

She was in the paddock at the Singapore<\/a> Grand Prix, and has taken up a new position at another team.<\/p>\n

Christian is no longer involved in the sport though seeks a route back after he was elbowed out by Red Bull in July. He was cleared of allegations of inappropriate behaviour by two internal investigation and denies any misbehaviour.<\/p>\n

He has since taken an \u00a380m pay-off and wishes to return to F1 next Spring, subject to his severance package’s obligations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
