glasses with a monocular heads-up display (HUD) that Google showed off <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uploadvr.com\/google-smart-glasses-with-hud-ted2025-demo\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">at TED2025<\/a> and demoed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uploadvr.com\/google-io-2025-smart-glasses-with-hud-gemini-demo\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">at I\/O 2025<\/a> earlier this year, but the companies haven&#8217;t yet officially announced plans for a product.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"kg-bookmark-container\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uploadvr.com\/google-io-2025-smart-glasses-with-hud-gemini-demo\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/p>\n<p>Google Showed Off Sleek Smart Glasses With A HUD Again<\/p>\n<p>At Google I\/O 2025, the company gave another demo of \u201cprototype\u201d smart glasses with a HUD, showing notifications, photos, and lots of Gemini.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Google-IO-2025-HUD-glasses-demo-3.png\" alt=\"\" onerror=\"this.style.display = 'none'\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Google did <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uploadvr.com\/gentle-monster-warby-parker-kering-eyewear-google-gemini-smart-glasses\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announce<\/a> earlier this year that it&#8217;s working with the eyewear companies Gentle Monster and Warby Parker on Gemini smart glasses, and will work with Kering Eyewear in the future, but it also confirmed that the in-lens display will be &#8220;optional&#8221;
