Nicole Kidman<\/a>\u00a0has been interviewed this week about being a spokesperson for a beauty product.<\/p>\n

During the conversation with Harper’s Bazaar<\/a>\u00a0that was published on Thursday, the Australian actress talked about experiencing a lot and ‘surviving’ it.<\/p>\n

The 58-year-old movie icon may have been addressing the heartbreak she is currently experiencing with her second husband, country singer Keith Urban<\/a>, whom she has filed for divorce from after 19 years of marriage.<\/p>\n

‘As I get older, I want to be able to share and impart the things I\u2019ve learned. I\u2019ve seen a lot, I\u2019ve experienced a lot, and I\u2019ve survived a lot,’ said the mother of four whose first husband was Tom Cruise<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kidman then added: ‘I want to pass on some of that knowledge and that wisdom and whatever I\u2019ve learned.’<\/p>\n

And the part-time model also touched on moving past ‘pain’ and ‘devastation.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

When asked what the best part is about getting older she replied, ‘The experiences that you’ve accumulated.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘So you go, \u201cOh, I\u2019ve been here before. I actually know how to handle this now.\u201d Or, \u201cMaybe I haven\u2019t been in this place, but I’ve experienced something similar to this, and I do know that I will get through it.\u201d’<\/p>\n

It sounds as if she is hinting that because she has been through a heartbreaking divorce before, with Cruise, she can handle the pain that comes with leaving Urban.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘There\u2019s something to knowing that no matter how painful, or how difficult, or how devastating something is, there is a way through.\u00a0You\u2019re going to have to feel it.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘You\u2019re not going to be able to numb it. You are going to have to feel it, and it’s going to feel insurmountable at times. You\u2019re going to feel like you\u2019re broken, but if you move gently and slowly\u2014and it can take an enormous amount of time\u2014it does pass.’<\/p>\n

The artist also said that she can often feel her age.<\/p>\n

‘Sometimes I feel like I\u2019m really, really, really old because I’ve had so many life experiences,’ shared the Oscar winner.<\/p>\n

The close friend of Naomi Watts was then asked, ‘What keeps you feeling vibrant and energized?’<\/p>\n

The red carpet fixture responded: ‘Life. Connection. People. Sharing ideas. And just actually being alive, I\u2019m grateful to have that.<\/p>\n

‘I\u2019m grateful to be a part of this world. I\u2019m grateful to be surviving as a woman, as an actress, and as a producer, professionally and personally.’<\/p>\n
